TEST SCORES

MAPS Tests are nationally standardized, norm-referenced tests.

  • Standardized Testing: Each Fall, Winter, and Spring Kindergarten to 8th Grade students participate in the MAPS Testing. These national tests help us measure academic growth and ensure our classrooms meet the high standards set by the North American Division of Seventh-day Adventist Education. Test scores are compared to others across the nation, and many students score exceptionally high in reading and language. Across all areas, our students score on level with or higher than those at other schools, both private and public, that take the test nationally. Our scores show that the longer a student is with our school, the more the test scores improve. Our 8th grade students, on average, tested at 10th grade reading level.
